For work performed by NYSDOT, NYSDOT will directly apply Federal aid and the required Municipality/Sponsor Deposit for the non-Federally- aided portion, and, if applicable, shall request Thruway Authority funding of Marchiselli aid to the Municipality/Sponsor as described below.
