Payment Schedule for Expenses. All expenses required to complete the scope of services described herein, including but not limited to costs related to mileage, vehicles, reproduction, computer use, etc., shall be included in the basic fee and shall not be paid separately. However, as compensation for expenses that are not included in the standard scope of services, when incurred in direct connection with the project, and approved by the City, the City shall pay the Consultant its actual cost times a factor of 1.15.
