Payment to the estate. In the event of the retired teacher’s death prior to full payment of these monies to the HCSP, any unpaid balance under Section 7 shall be paid to the teacher’s estate.   • Interim payments Interim payments may be made by Department, at its discretion, if the completion of deliverables to date have first been accepted in writing by Department's Grant Manager.
