Common use of Payment to the Originators Clause in Contracts

Payment to the Originators. With respect to any Receivable purchased by Seller from any Originator, such sale shall be effected under, and in strict compliance with the terms of, the Receivables Sale Agreement, including, without limitation, the terms relating to the amount and timing of payments to be made to the applicable Originator in respect of the purchase price for such Receivable.

Payment to the Originators. With respect to any Receivable purchased by Seller the Borrower from any an Originator, such sale shall be effected under, and in strict compliance with the terms of, the Receivables Sale Agreement, including, without limitation, the terms relating to the amount and timing of payments to be made to the applicable Originator in respect of the purchase price for such Receivable.
