Common use of Payment Use Verification Clause in Contracts

Payment Use Verification. If the Contractor has reason to believe that the Subcontractor is not complying with the payment terms of this Agreement, the Contractor shall have the right to contact the Subcontractor's subcontractors and suppliers to ascertain whether they are being paid by the Subcontractor in accordance with this Agreement.
