Common use of Payment via Payment Cards Clause in Contracts

Payment via Payment Cards. Station will accept payment via payment cards, but only under the following circumstances: (i) invoices for Advertisers in good standing that have passed a credit check as described in Section 3.3, or (ii) for orders paid in advance of airing (cash-in-advance).
