Common use of Payments by Subscription Receipt Agent Clause in Contracts

Payments by Subscription Receipt Agent. The Subscription Receipt Agent will disburse monies according to this Agreement only to the extent that monies have been deposited with it. The Subscription Receipt Agent shall not under any circumstances be required to disburse funds in excess of the amounts on deposit with the Subscription Receipt Agent at the time of such disbursement.
