Payments by the Administrative Agent and the Managing Agents. Unless specifically allocated to a Committed Lender pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, all amounts received by the Administrative Agent or a Managing Agent on behalf of the Lenders shall be paid to the applicable Managing Agent or Lenders pro rata in accordance with amounts then due on the Business Day received, unless such amounts are received after 12:00 noon on such Business Day, in which case the applicable agent shall use its reasonable efforts to pay such amounts on such Business Day, but, in any event, shall pay such amounts not later than the following Business Day.
