Common use of Payments by us Clause in Contracts

Payments by us. 5.1 If we have any hoardings, advertisements, aerials, telecommunication installations, electronic equipment or flow meters and associated equipment installed on in or at the property then not less frequently than once every quarter we shall pay you (or credit your account with us) such sum as we shall specify by way of a contribution to the cost of providing electricity for operating such items.
