Payments Denied for Insufficient Funds. A fee of Thirty-Five Dollars ($35) will be charged for each returned check, in addition to any late fees. This fee shall also apply to any other payment denied for insufficient funds. In the event of a returned check, or any other payment denied for insufficient funds, Landlord shall have the right to require Resident to pay all delinquent rent and all future rent by money order, cashier’s check, or certified check upon written notice of such to Resident.
