PAYMENT FOR INJURED EMPLOYEES. 17.01 In the event that an employee is injured in the performance of their duties, the employee shall, to the extent that they are required to stop work and receive treatment, be paid for wages for the remainder of their shift. If it is necessary, the Employer will provide or arrange for, suitable transportation for the employee to the doctor or hospital and back to the site and/or to the employee’s home as necessary.
PAYMENT FOR INJURED EMPLOYEES. 18:01 In the event an employee is injured in the performance of their duties such that the employee is required to stop work and receive medical treatment the employee will receive their regular pay for that work day. If the injury is such that transportation immediately following the injury is required, the University will provide, or arrange for, suitable transportation to a hospital, the employee’s home or other appropriate location.
PAYMENT FOR INJURED EMPLOYEES. In the event that an employee is injured in the performance of his duties, he shall, to the extent that he is required to stop work and receive treatment, be paid for wages for the remainder of his shift. If it is necessary, the Company will provide, or arrange for, suitable transportation for the employee to the doctor or hospital and back to the station and/or to his home as necessary. If it is necessary for an employee to receive medical treatment subsequent to his return to work following an industrial injury, he shall be paid for any time lost from regular shift hours to attend such appointment. This will apply to partial shifts only. Employees missing any full shifts as a result of receiving medical treatment in such cases are entitled to submit a further claim to the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board for such lost wages.
PAYMENT FOR INJURED EMPLOYEES. 20.01 In the event that an employee is injured in the performance of his or her duties, he or she shall, to the extent that he or she is required to stop work and receive treatment, be paid the regular straight time hourly wage rate lost for the balance remaining of his or her shift. The Employer shall provide and arrange for suitable transportation for the employee to the doctor or hospital and back to the Hotel and/or to his or her home as necessary at no cost to the employee. It is the responsibility of the employee to report the accident/injury to his or her supervisor immediately in order for the supervisor to thoroughly investigate the incident and complete the necessary documents required by law. If their supervisor is not at work, the employee may report the accident/injury to a supervisor that is on shift.
PAYMENT FOR INJURED EMPLOYEES. (a) All employees injured in the Plant must report promptly the injury to the Supervisor or Lead hand.
PAYMENT FOR INJURED EMPLOYEES. 16.01 If an employee is injured after he has commenced work and is thereby incapacitated from carrying out his or her duties and requires transportation, the Employer shall arrange and pay for the cost of transporting the employee to and from the hospital, and/or home, if any. The Employer will pay the employee for any hours he or she missed, as a result of the injury, at his base rate of pay for the duration of the scheduled shift. If the employee is declared able to return to work he must return for the remainder of his shift.
PAYMENT FOR INJURED EMPLOYEES. In the event that an employee is injured in the performance of his duties, he shall, to the extent that he is required to stop work and receive treatment, be paid for wages the remainder of his shift. If it is necessary, the Company will provide, or arrange for suitable transportation for the employee to the doctor or hospital and back to the distribution centre and/or to his home as necessary. If it is necessary for an employee to receive medical treatment from a specialist subsequent to his return to work following an occupational injury, he shall be paid for any time lost from regular shift hours to attend such appointment. This will apply to partial shifts only. Employees missing any full shifts as a result of receiving medical treatment from a specialist in such cases are entitled to submit a further claim to the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. If it is necessary for an employee to receive medical treatment subsequent to his return to work following an occupational injury, the employee is expected to schedule medical appointments outside normal working hours.
PAYMENT FOR INJURED EMPLOYEES. 19.01 In the event that an employee is injured in the performance of their duties, to the extent that the employee is required to stop work and receive medical treatment, the employee will be paid their regular wages for the remainder of the shift. If it is necessary, the University will provide, or arrange for, suitable transportation for the employee to the doctor or the hospital, and thereafter, transportation to the employee s home if the employee is unable to return to work.
19.02 If the University requests a meeting with an employee to discuss the employee's claim under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, the employee will be entitled to have a Union repre- sentative present at the meeting.

In the event that an employee is injured in the performance of his/her duties, he/she shall, to the extent that he/she is required to stop work and receive treatment, be paid at his/her regular straight time hourly rate for the remainder of his/her shift. The employee must immediately report such injury to his/her supervisor unless he is so injured that this is not possible. If it is necessary, the Company will provide, or arrange for, suitable transportation for the employee to the doctor or hospital and back to the plant and/or to his/her home as necessary.
PAYMENT FOR INJURED EMPLOYEES. 18.01 In the event that an employee is injured in the performance of their duties, they shall, to the extent that they are required to stop work and receive treatment, be paid for wages for the balance remaining of their shift. The Company shall provide and arrange appropriate transportation, i.e.: taxi, or ambulance based on the severity of illness for the employee to the doctor or hospital and back to the Company premises or to their home, as necessary, at no cost to the employee.
18.02 Where suitable work is available, the Company shall provide employment for employees who are physically handicapped as a result of an accident on the job or occupational disease resulting from employment with the Company.
