Payments for Construction Work and Construction Administration. With the exception of any amounts the Judicial Council may withhold pursuant to these General Conditions and applicable retention, Judicial Council agrees to pay the following to Design Build Entity on a monthly basis: 8.2.2.1. Cost of Construction Administration for Construction Work performed in the preceding month based on a percentage of the progress of the Construction Work, which shall be paid to Design Build Entity in approved monthly progress installments.
