Payments for Preconstruction. Phase Services shall be made monthly following presentation of the Design-Builder’s acceptable invoice and shall be in proportion to services performed. In no event, however, will the aggregate of the Design-Builder’s monthly invoices for Preconstruction Phase Services exceed the Preconstruction Fee.
