Payments from Non-Account Holders. In KSE’s sole and absolute discretion, KSE may accept payment from an individual or entity who is not Account Holder. Acceptance of such payment by KSE does not grant such third-party any rights, privileges or benefits under this Agreement (including but not limited to the right to receive Tickets), as all rights, privileges and benefits granted through this Agreement belong only to Account Holder.
