Payments in Alternate Currency. With respect to any Alternate Currency Loan or any Alternate Currency Letter of Credit, all payments (including prepayments) to any Lender of the principal of or interest on such Alternate Currency Loan or Alternate Currency Letter of Credit shall be made in the same Alternate Currency as the original Loan or Letter of Credit. All such payments shall be remitted by Borrower to Agent, at the address of Agent for notices referred to in Section 10.4 hereof, (or at such other office or account as designated in writing by Agent to Borrower) for the account of the Lenders (or the Fronting Lender or the Swing Line Lender, as appropriate) not later than 11:00 A.M. (Eastern time) on the due date thereof in same day funds. Any payments received by Agent after 11:00 A.M. (Eastern time) shall be deemed to have been made and received on the next Business Day.
Payments in Alternate Currency. With respect to any Alternate Currency Loan, all payments (including prepayments) to any Bank of the principal of or interest on such Alternate Currency Loan shall be made in the same Alternate Currency as the original Loan. All such payments shall be remitted by Borrowers to Agent at Agent’s main office (or at such other office or account as designated in writing by Agent to Borrowers) for the account of the Banks not later than 11:00 A.M. (Cleveland, Ohio time) on the due date thereof in same day funds. Any payments received by Agent after 11:00 A.M. (Cleveland, Ohio time) shall be deemed to have been made and received on the next following Business Day.
Payments in Alternate Currency. With respect to any Alternate Currency Loan, all payments (including prepayments) to any Lender of the principal of or interest on such Alternate Currency Loan shall be made in the same Alternate Currency as the original Loan. For clarification, the amount outstanding on any Alternate Currency Loan for purposes of repayment on the last day of the applicable Interest Period shall be measured in the Alternate Currency and not by the Dollar Equivalent of such amount. With respect to any Alternate Currency Letter of Credit, all payments to the Fronting Lender (and to any Lender that shall have funded its participation in such Letter of Credit) shall be made in the Dollar Equivalent (as determined on the date of drawing of such Letter of Credit) of the amount of such Alternate Currency Letter of Credit. All such payments shall be remitted by the appropriate Borrower to Agent, at the address of Agent for notices referred to in Section 11.4(a) hereof (or at such other office or account as designated in writing by Agent to Administrative Borrower), for the account of the Lenders (or the Fronting Lender or the Swing Line Lender, as appropriate) not later than 2:00 P.M. (Eastern time) on the due date thereof in same day funds. Any such payments received by Agent after 2:00 P.M. (Eastern time) shall be deemed to have been made and received on the next Business Day.
Payments in Alternate Currency. With respect to any Alternate Currency Loan, all payments (including prepayments) to any Lender of the principal of or interest on such Alternate Currency Loan shall be made in the same Alternate Currency as the original Loan. For clarification, the amount outstanding on any Alternate Currency Loan for purposes of repayment on the last day of the applicable Interest Period shall be measured in the Alternate Currency and not by the Dollar Equivalent of such amount. (Eastern time) on the due date thereof in same day funds. Any such payments received by the Administrative Agent after 11:00 A.M. (Eastern time) shall be deemed to have been made and received on the next Business Day.
Payments in Alternate Currency. With respect to any Alternate Currency Loan, all payments (including prepayments) to any Lender of the principal of or interest on such Alternate Currency Loan shall be made in the same Alternate Currency as the original Loan. With respect to any Alternate Currency Letter of Credit, all Unreimbursed Letter of Credit Obligations with respect to each such Letter of Credit shall be made in the same Alternate Currency in which each such Letter of Credit was issued, unless, in the case of any Unreimbursed Letter of Credit Obligations owing to the applicable LC Issuer, such LC Issuer agrees otherwise. All such payments, reimbursements and repayments shall be remitted by Borrower to Agent at Agent's main office (or at such other office or account as designated in writing by Agent to Borrower) for the account of the Lenders or the applicable LC Issuer, as the case may be, not later than 3:00 P.M. (Cleveland, Ohio time) on the due date thereof in same day funds. Any payments received by Agent after 3:00 P.M. (Cleveland, Ohio time) shall be deemed to have been made and received on the next following Business Day.
Payments in Alternate Currency. With respect to any Alternate Currency Loan, all payments (including prepayments) to any Lender of the principal of or interest on such Alternate Currency Loan shall be made in the same Alternate Currency as the original Loan. All such payments shall be remitted by the appropriate Borrower to Agent, at the address of Agent for notices referred to in Section 10.4 hereof (or at such other office or account as designated in writing by Agent to such Borrower and TCC), for the account of the Lenders not later than 1:00 P.M. (Eastern time) on the due date thereof in same day funds; provided that Canadian Borrower shall provide payments of interest, fees and principal directly to Canadian Lender. Any payments received by Agent after 1:00 P.M. (Eastern time) shall be deemed to have been made and received on the next following Business Day.
Payments in Alternate Currency. With respect to any Alternate Currency Loan or any Alternate Currency Letter of Credit, all payments (including prepayments) to any Lender of the principal of or interest on such Alternate Currency Loan or Alternate Currency Letter of Credit shall be made in the same Alternate Currency as the original Loan or Letter of Credit. Payments in Alternate Currency. (i) Subject to Section 11.17, with respect to any Alternate Currency Loan or Quoted Rate Loan, all payments (including prepayments) to any Lender of the principal of or interest on such Alternate Currency Loan or Quoted Rate Loan shall be made in the same Alternate Currency as the original Loan. All such payments shall be remitted by the appropriate Borrower to Agent, at the address of Agent for notices referred to in Section 11.4 hereof (or at such other office or account as designated in writing by Agent to Administrative Borrower), for the account of the Lenders (or the Fronting Lender or the applicable Swing Line Lender, as appropriate) not later than 11:00 A.M. (U.S. Eastern time) on the due date thereof in same day funds. Any such payments received by Agent after 11:00 A.M. (U.S. Eastern time) shall be deemed to have been made and received on the next Business Day.
(ii) Subject to Section 11.17, with respect to any Foreign Swing Loan, all payments (including prepayments) to any Lender of the principal of or interest on such Foreign Swing Loan shall be made in the same Alternate Currency as the original Loan. All such payments (except payments which may be paid to the Foreign Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.3(b)(ii) hereof) shall be remitted by the appropriate Foreign Swing Line Borrower to Agent, at the address of Agent for notices referred to in Section 11.4 hereof (or at such other office or account as designated in writing by Agent to Administrative Borrower), for the account of the Lenders not later than 11:00 A.M. (U.S. Eastern time) on the due date thereof in same day funds. Any such payments received by Agent after 11:00 A.M. (U.S. Eastern time) shall be deemed to have been made and received on the next Business Day.
Payments in Alternate Currency. With respect to any Alternate Currency Loan or any Alternate Currency Letter of Credit, all payments (including prepayments) to any Lender of the principal of or interest on such Alternate Currency Loan or Alternate Currency Letter of Credit shall be made in the same Alternate Currency as the original Loan or Letter of Credit. All such payments shall be remitted by Borrower to Bank, at the address of Bank for notices referred to in Section 12.17 hereof, (or at such other office or account as designated in writing by Bank) not later than 12:00 noon (Eastern time) on the due date thereof in same day funds. Any payments received by Bank after 12:00 noon (Eastern time) shall be deemed to have been made and received on the next Business Day.
Payments in Alternate Currency. With respect to any Alternate Currency Loan, all payments (including prepayments) to any Bank of the principal of or interest on such Alternate Currency Loan or Foreign Borrower Alternate Currency Loan shall be made in the same Alternate Currency as the original Loan. All such payments shall be remitted by the appropriate Borrower to Agent at Agent's main office (or at such other office or account as designated in writing by Agent to such Borrower) for the account of the Banks not later than 5:00 P.M. (Cleveland, Ohio time) on the due date thereof in same day funds. Any payments received by Agent after 3:00 P.M. (Cleveland, Ohio time) shall be deemed to have been made and received on the next following Business Day.
