Common use of Payments in respect of Bearer Global Notes Clause in Contracts

Payments in respect of Bearer Global Notes. Payments of principal and interest (if any) in respect of Notes represented by any Global Note in bearer form will (subject as provided below) be made in the manner specified above in relation to definitive Bearer Notes and otherwise in the manner specified in the relevant Global Note against presentation or surrender, as the case may be, of such Global Note at the specified office of any Paying Agent outside the United States. A record of each payment made against presentation or surrender of any Global Note in bearer form, distinguishing between any payment of principal and any payment of interest, will be made on such Global Note by the Paying Agent to which it was presented and such record shall be prima facie evidence that the payment in question has been made.

Payments of principal and interest (if any) in respect of Notes represented by any Bearer Global Note in bearer form will (subject as provided below) be made in the manner specified above in Condition 7.2 in relation to definitive Definitive Bearer Notes and or otherwise in the manner specified in the relevant Bearer Global Note Note, where applicable against presentation or surrendersurrender or, as the case may be, presentation and endorsement, of such Bearer Global Note at the specified office of any Paying Agent outside the United States. A record of each payment made against presentation or surrender of any Global Note in bearer formpayment, distinguishing between any payment of principal and any payment of interest, will be made on such Bearer Global Note either by the Paying Agent to which it was presented and such record shall be prima facie evidence that or in the payment in question has been maderecords of Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg, as applicable.
