Payments; Interest. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, all payments between the parties contemplated by this Agreement, other than payments contemplated by Section 2.13, shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule set forth on Schedule 7.6. Except as expressly provided to the contrary in this Agreement or in any other Transaction Document, any amount not paid when due pursuant to this Agreement or any other Transaction Document (after giving effect to the payment schedule set forth on Schedule 7.6), shall accrue interest at the rate per annum set forth on Schedule 7.6.
