Vitrix has, and will continue to have as a subsidiary of FBR, the full right to conduct its business as it is now and as it is proposed to be conducted after the Closing hereunder free of any rights or equities in any other person. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Vitrix has, and will continue to have as a subsidiary of FBR, all of the licenses, permits and franchises necessary to the conduct of such business.
