Common use of Payments; Non-Exclusivity Clause in Contracts

Payments; Non-Exclusivity. Any amounts due an Indemnified Party under this Section 9 shall be due and payable by the Indemnifying Party within fifteen (15) business days after (x) in the case of a claim which does not involve any third party, receipt of written demand therefor and (y) in the case of a claim which involves a third party, the final disposition of such claim or demand, provided that reasonable legal and other out-of-pocket costs and expenses are reimbursed currently within 15 business days after demand therefor. The remedies conferred in this Section 9 are intended to be without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available at law or equity to the Indemnified Parties, now or hereafter.
