Common use of Payments of Rent Clause in Contracts

Payments of Rent. by Lessee shall be paid by wire transfer of immediately available Dollars, not later than 12:30 p.m., New York time, on the date when due, to the account of Lessor specified in Schedule 1 to the Participation Agreement or to such other account in the United States as directed by Lessor to Lessee in writing at least 10 Business Days prior to the date such payment of Rent is due or, in the case of any payment of Supplemental Rent expressly payable to a person other than Lessor, to the person that shall be entitled thereto to such account in the United States as such person may specify from time to time to Lessee at least 10 Business Days prior to the date such payment of Rent is due.

Payments of Rent. by Lessee shall be paid by wire transfer of immediately available Dollars, not later than 12:30 p.m.11:00 a.m., New York City time, on the date when due, to the account of Lessor specified in Schedule 1 to the Participation Agreement (or to such other account in the United States as directed by Lessor specifies to Lessee in writing at least 10 Business Days prior to the date before such payment of Rent is due due), or, in the case of any payment of Supplemental Rent expressly payable to a person Person other than Lessor, to the person Person that shall be entitled thereto thereto, to such account in the United States as such person may specify Person specifies from time to time to Lessee at least 10 Business Days prior to the date before such payment of Rent is due.
