Payment shall be made for Services performed provided, however, that the amount paid to Engineer shall never exceed the amounts authorized by the Schedule for Basic Compensation or any not-to-exceed amount for additional services as provided in Exhibit C. Owner shall, within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving Engineer’s itemized statement, pay all approved charges therein.
