Payments Prior to PILOT Commencement Date. Until the PILOT Commencement Date (or such later date as the Facility Realty is determined to be exempt from Real Estate Taxes), the Lessee shall pay to the City all Real Estate Taxes in respect of the Facility Realty for the periods of time occurring prior to such date at such times, in such manner and in such amounts as would be applicable if the Facility Realty were not leased to the Agency.
