Payments to Account Banks. On and after the Springing Amendments Implementation Date, to the extent any amounts become payable by the Trustee to an account bank or securities intermediary under an Account Control Agreement with respect to any Management Accounts, the Trustee may withdraw such amounts from the Collection Account and pay such amounts to such account bank or securities intermediary so long as the Trustee provides written notice of such withdrawal to the Manager (with a copy to the Back-Up Manager and the Servicer).
