Payments to be Made on Banking Days. Whenever any payment to be made hereunder is due on a day that is not a Banking Day, such payment shall be made on the immediately following Banking Day unless the following Banking Day falls in another calendar month, in which case payment shall be made on the immediately preceding Banking Day.
