Common use of Payments to designated Educational Institutions Clause in Contracts

Payments to designated Educational Institutions. A “Designated Educational Institution” must be a post-secondary educational institution as defined in paragraph (a) of section 10 above. You may select one or more Designated Educational Institutions (or a trust for one or more Designated Educational Institutions) in Canada to which payments may be made in the Application or by giving instructions to the Trustee.
