Payments to Eligible Claimants. As set forth more fully below, Robinhood will pay, through the Settlement Administrator, each Eligible Claimant the Claimant Award applicable to that Eligible Claimant on or before the Distribution Date.
Payments to Eligible Claimants. As set forth more fully below, Newsvine will pay or credit each Eligible Claimant the Claim Payment applicable to that Eligible Claimant on or before the Distribution Date.
Payments to Eligible Claimants. As set forth more fully below, UnitedHealthcare will pay, through the Settlement Administrator, each Eligible Claimant the Claimant Award applicable to that Eligible Claimant on or before the Distribution Date. In the event of a dispute regarding claimant eligibility, or the amount to be paid to an Eligible Claimant, the Settlement Administrator shall have discretion and final authority over any and all such disputes.
Payments to Eligible Claimants. The Settlement Administrator will pay Claim Payments to Eligible Claimants on or before the dates they are due as detailed in this Agreement.
