Common use of PAYMENTS TO GRANTEE Clause in Contracts

PAYMENTS TO GRANTEE. Payment shall be made as stated in the following schedule, subject to GRANTEE’s satisfactory performance of this AGREEMENT. The total grant amount (“Grant Award”) awarded to GRANTEE shall not exceed $7,822 or 50 percent of the expense of the Event, whichever is less. The Grant Award shall be used and expended by GRANTEE for the purposes specified in this AGREEMENT and for no other purposes. The Grant Award shall be disbursed to GRANTEE as follows:
