Retroactive Payments Sample Clauses

Retroactive Payments. To calculate retroactive payments for the sub- measures reinstated, PAP payment mechanisms will be applied to the three consecutive months in which the standard was missed, which triggered reinstatement. These retroactive payments will be made to applicable CLECs or the Tier 2 fund, depending upon the tier designation of the PID, at the end of the third month after the month in which performance triggered re- instatement.
Retroactive PaymentsThe State shall pay Grantee for costs or expenses incurred or performance by the Grantee prior to the Effective Date, only if (1) the Grant Funds involve federal funding and (2) federal laws, rules and regulations applicable to the Work provide for such retroactive payments to the Grantee. Any such retroactive payments shall comply with State Fiscal Rules and be made in accordance with the provisions of this Grant or such Exhibit. Grantee shall initiate any payment request by submitting invoices to the State in the form and manner set forth and approved by the State. As authorized by the FTA, such Grantee share (local funds) may include costs or expenses incurred or performmance by the Grantee prior to the Effective Date.

Retroactive PaymentsThe State shall pay Pre-award Cost only if (1) the Federal Emergency Management Agency Notice of Award allows reimbursement for Pre-award Costs by a Grantee or Subrecipient from Federal Funds or Matching Funds, or (2) the Pre-award Costs have been specifically detailed in Grantee’s grant application, authorized by the State and incorporated in the Budget for the Work described in Exhibit A. Any such retroactive payments shall comply with State Fiscal Rules and grantee and any Subrecipient shall have complied with all federal laws, rules and regulations applicable to the Work before the State shall make such payments. Grantee shall initiate any retroactive payment request by submitting invoices to the State that set out Xxxxxxx’s compliance with the provisions of this Grant.
Retroactive Payments. (a) Retroactive payments that result from the implementation of this Article, less the offsets provided in Articles II, Part A, and III, Part B, shall be made to employees in two payments as follows: (i) Forty (40) percent of the amount due each eligible employee will be paid within sixty days after notice of ratification. (ii) The remaining sixty (60) percent will be paid to each eligible employee on or before the anniversary date of the date of the first payments. (b) Eligibility for retroactive payments shall be limited to those employees who were on the payroll as of December 1, 2007, including sick leave, disability (excluding disability retirement), temporary suspension on December 1, 2007, furlough or leave of absence.
Retroactive Payments. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Contract or in any other document, contract or understanding, it is expressly understood and agreed by the parties hereto, that no payments will be made hereunder to reimburse the Contractor for costs incurred for any purpose or for any services provided to any individual prior to the Effective Date of the Contract and no payments shall be made for expenses incurred by the Contractor for any services provided prior to the date on which the individual applies for services or (except as otherwise provided by the federal regulations) prior to a determination that the individual is eligible for such services.
Retroactive Payments. If changes in job content result in a higher rating and salary grade for the job, retroactive payments will be paid from the effective date of the changes in the job to a maximum of six months from the date the JAQ was received in Human Resources.
Retroactive Payments. If the amount of a payment required to commence on the date determined under Section 9.2.1 or 9.2.2 cannot be ascertained by such date, or if it is not possible to make such payment on such date because the Administrative Committee has been unable to locate the Participant, Beneficiary or Spouse after making reasonable efforts to do so, or if the Appropriate Form has not been filed by the Participant, Beneficiary or Spouse with the Administrative Committee, a payment retroactive to such date may be made no later than sixty (60) days after the earliest date on which the amount of such payment can be ascertained under the Plan or the date on which the Participant, Beneficiary or Spouse is located (whichever is applicable).
Retroactive Payments. As consideration for this Lease Agreement, Owner expressly acknowledges and agrees that it shall use not less than twenty percent (20%) of gross revenues from each event hosted at or about the Ambassador House during 2013, to pay for Qualifying Improvements.
