Payments to Inventors. All payments to be made by the Company to the --------------------- Inventors under this Agreement shall be made by the Company to Xxxx-Xxxxx Dasseux, and the Company shall have no responsibility whatsoever with respect to the division of any such payment among Inventors or the receipt by any particular Inventor of any particular portion of any such payment. **Certain portions of this Exhibit have been omitted based upon a request for confidential treatment that has been filed with the Commission.
