Common use of Payments to Lessee Clause in Contracts

Payments to Lessee. Any payment to the Lessee under clause 2.10 in accordance with the paragraph entitled “FOURTH” shall be made reasonably promptly but in any event within five (5) Business Days after the date of actual and unconditional receipt by the Lessor of the Net Sale Proceeds.

Payments to Lessee. Any payment to the Lessee under clause 2.10 in accordance with the paragraph entitled “FOURTH” of clause 14.3 shall be made reasonably promptly but in any event within five (5) Business Days after following the date of actual and unconditional receipt by the Lessor of the Net Sale ProceedsTotal Loss Proceeds and the determination by the Lessor of the application thereof in accordance with clause 14.3.
