Attaching Party means any Party wishing to make a physical Facility Attachment on or in any AT&T structure.

Examples of Attaching Party in a sentence

  • If Attaching Party does not dispute AT&T-22STATE’s assertion that such Facilities are not in compliance, Attaching Party agrees to provide AT&T-22STATE with a schedule for bringing such Facilities into compliance, to bring the Facilities into compliance within a reasonable time, and to notify AT&T-22STATE in writing when the Facilities have been brought into compliance.
