Payments to Settlement Class Members. If the Court grants final approval of the Settlement, Settlement Awards will be mailed to all Settlement Class members who did not submit a valid and timely Request for Exclusion. If you submit a Request for Exclusion, you will still receive a proportionate share of the PAGA Payment regardless of whether you exclude yourself from the Settlement if you are a PAGA Employee.
