PAYOFF OF ACCRUALS UPON DEATH OF AN EMPLOYEE – NON- PERSABLE. When separation is caused by the death of a unit employee, separation pay and other accrued moneys owed shall be paid (non-PERSable) to the designated beneficiary of such employee as filed with the Human Resources Director.
