Payor Negotiations by KYOne HP. During the term of this Agreement, KYOne HP may determine, by Approval of the Board of Managers, to negotiate Payer Agreements involving fee arrangements on behalf of You and all other Participants. Prior to any such negotiations of Payer Agreements on Your behalf, KYOne HP will provide You with ninety (90) days prior written notice in accordance with KYOne HP Policies. In the event KYOne HP successfully negotiates such a Payer Agreement, KYOne HP will provide you with written notice regarding the terms of the Payer Agreement that are applicable to You. Upon Your receipt of notice from KYOne HP regarding KYOne HP‟s successful negotiation of a Payer Agreement, You will be permitted to terminate this Agreement by written notice to KYOne HP within the time period specified by KYOne HP in its notice to You. If You elect to continue this Agreement, the new Payer Agreement negotiated by KYOne HP will supersede individual Payer Agreements You have previously entered into with the designated Payer.

  • Exclusive Negotiations The State will not bargain collectively or meet with any employee organization other than MSEA-SEIU with reference to terms and conditions of employment of employees covered by this Agreement. If any such organizations request meetings they will be advised by the State to transmit their requests concerning terms and conditions of employment to MSEA-SEIU.

  • WAIVER OF NEGOTIATIONS The Board and Union acknowledge that during negotiations resulting in this Agreement, each party had the right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with respect to any matter and that this Agreement was arrived at by the parties after the exercise of that right and opportunity. The Board and the Union shall voluntarily waive, during the life of this Agreement said rights and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate with respect to any subject or matter irrespective of whether such matters or subject is specifically referred to or covered in this agreement, even though such subject or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both parties at the time negotiations were being conducted or at the time the party signed this Agreement.

  • Contract Negotiations Where operational requirements permit, and on reasonable notice, the Employer shall grant special leave with pay for not more than two (2) representatives of each bargaining unit for the purpose of attending contract negotiation meetings with the Employer on behalf of the Union. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Released Time for Negotiations No more than six (6) negotiating team employee representatives designated by the Union shall be released from duty with no loss of pay and with mileage reimbursement for the purpose of attending negotiation meetings with the District pursuant to this Agreement.
