Release Time for Negotiations. CSEA shall have the right to designate a maximum of six (6) employees, who shall be given reasonable release time to participate in negotiations.
Release Time for Negotiations. A reasonable number, not exceeding seven (7) members of the Bargaining Committee, shall be released from their regular work duties (whether regular, part-time, night-time, or summer classes) with pay, when negotiation meetings with management are scheduled during working hours of the employees involved. Normally, negotiations will take place after 2:00 p.m.
Release Time for Negotiations. 4.6.1 The identified members of the CSEA Negotiating Team shall be granted three (3) hours of release time to meet and prepare for negotiations on scheduled negotiations dates.
Release Time for Negotiations. 26.4.1 CSEA shall have the right to designate up to five (5) Unit Members and one (1) alternate who shall be allowed to attend, without loss of compensation, scheduled meetings with designated representatives of the District to meet and confer on matters within the scope of representation. This release time shall include a reasonable amount of travel time to and from such meetings when they are conducted at a location other than a Unit Member’s work location.
Release Time for Negotiations. Release time for negotiation on matters within the scope of representation shall be granted pursuant to the provisions of Article 26 of this Agreement.
Release Time for Negotiations. CSEA Negotiation Team members shall be given reasonable release time to participate in negotiations. Prior to the commencement of negotiations for any successor agreement, CSEA and the District shall meet to discuss a reasonable amount of reassigned time for a reasonable number of negotiation team members.

Release Time for Negotiations. The District and the Union agree to attempt in good faith to schedule negotiations during employees’ non-work time, including all District work assignments. In the event negotiations are scheduled during duty hours, no more than two (2) negotiating team employee representatives designated by the Union shall be released from duty with no loss of playground aide pay for the purpose of attending negotiation meetings with the District pursuant to this Agreement. The Union and the District may agree that additional employees shall receive such released time.
Release Time for Negotiations. The District will provide release time and substitute coverage for six (6) Association representatives; if the subject of negotiations requires that a unit member knowledgeable in that area is present, additional release time will be provided. It is further agreed that no more than fifty percent (50%) of the total negotiating time will be during school time.

Employee(s) on the Union team shall be given reasonable time during work hours to participate in negotiations, without loss of pay or other benefits, provided this release time does not interfere with the day–to–day operations of the institution. The College shall incur no overtime obligation in the performance of the function.
