Payor Obligations to Pay Claims. Except as expressly agreed in writing by KYOne HP, each Payer has full and final responsibility and liability for payment of claims under an applicable Payer Agreement. KYOne HP is not responsible for, does not guarantee, and does not assume liability for payment of any claim for services rendered to Covered Persons, and all final decisions with respect to the payment of claims are the responsibility of the applicable Payer.
