Payor Requirements. Medical Group shall cause all services in the Medical Specialty performed at the Licensed Premises to be performed in accordance with all requirements of applicable third party payors, including Medicare, as necessary to obtain all available payments therefore, including providing necessary Physician supervision of all such services provided.
