Payroll Deductions of CRONA Dues and Service Fees. 5.3.1 If authorized in writing by a Nurse covered by this Agreement, the Employer will deduct from the wages of said Nurse, in the manner and to the extent described below, the sum certified by CRONA as the periodic dues uniformly required by CRONA as a condition of membership, or as the service fee for administration of this Agreement.
