Payroll Inquiry. If an alleged error is made in pay and/or related data displayed on an employee’s check stub, the employee will process a Payroll Inquiry Form. The College will respond to the inquiry within seven (7) calendar days. If the employee disagrees with the response and elects to grieve, such grievance timing begins the day after receipt of the response to the inquiry.
