Payroll System Payment Timelines Sample Clauses

The "Payroll System Payment Timelines" clause establishes the specific deadlines by which employee wages and related payments must be processed and disbursed through the payroll system. Typically, this clause outlines the frequency of payments—such as weekly, biweekly, or monthly—and may specify cut-off dates for submitting timesheets or payroll data to ensure timely payment. By clearly defining when employees can expect to receive their compensation, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings, ensures compliance with labor laws, and promotes financial predictability for both employers and employees.
