Common use of PBA and City Representation Clause in Contracts

PBA and City Representation. X. Xxxxxxx party, in negotiations, shall have any control over the selection of the negotiating or bargaining representatives of the other party. The bargaining committee of the PBA shall consist of not more than four (4) representatives, including legal counsel.
