Voluntary Educational Reimbursement Program. 1. By April 1st of each year, employees shall notify the Human Resources Director, in writing, of their intention to seek reimbursement in the upcoming fiscal year. The City Commission shall determine, through the annual budget process, the amount of funds available for the education assistance program. Requests for reimbursement are subject to the availability of funds for such program as budgeted by the Human Resources Department.
