PCP Assignment. 2.10.4.1. The Contractor will allow each Enrollee to choose his or her PCP to the extent possible and appropriate. If the Enrollee does not select a PCP within thirty (30) calendar days of the effective coverage date, Contractor shall assign that Enrollee to a PCP and notify the Enrollee and the assigned PCP in writing no later than forty (40) calendar days after the Enrollee’s coverage date.
