Common use of PDX Facility Expenses Clause in Contracts

PDX Facility Expenses. During the Term, Agrigenetics shall be responsible for, and shall reimburse EPS for, Agrigenetics’s proportionate share of PDX Facility Expenses and EPS shall be responsible for the remainder of the PDX Facility Expenses, all in accordance with the terms of the Contract Research Agreement.

PDX Facility Expenses. During the Term, Agrigenetics shall be responsible for, and shall reimburse EPS for, Agrigenetics’s ’ proportionate share of the PDX Facility Expenses and (“Agrigenetics’ Share of PDX Facility Expenses”).
