PEA Public Review Requirements. The Proponent shall comply with the public review requirements set forth in Education Code section 17213.1(a)(6) for the draft PEA Report. Comments pertaining to the draft PEA Report shall be submitted to DTSC within 14 days of the close of the required public review period and public hearing. The Proponent shall incorporate public comments received, as applicable, and finalize the PEA Report.
