Peaceful Surrender. 4.17.01 The Tenant shall, at the expiration or sooner determination of this Term, peaceably surrender and yield up unto the Landlord the Demised Premises with the appurtenances, together with all fixtures or erections which at any time during the Term shall be made therein or thereon in good and substantial repair and condition, except the Tenant's trade fixtures, and deliver to the Landlord all keys to the Demised Premises which the Tenant has in its possession.

The Tenant shall, at the expiration or sooner determination of the Term, forthwith peacefully surrender and yield up unto the Landlord the Premises and its appurtenances, together with all fixtures or improvements which at any time during the Term shall be made therein or thereon, in the state of repair required to be maintained by the Tenant hereunder, without notice from the Landlord; and shall deliver to the Landlord all keys to the Premises which the Tenant has in its possession.

Lessee covenants and agrees to keep and maintain the premises and its fixtures during the term of the lease and peaceably quit and deliver up the same to Lessor at the termination of this lease in as good order, condition, and state of repair as the same are at the date hereof, reasonable use and wearing thereof excepted. At its option and expense, Lessee may remove from the premises at termination the non-attached personal property as it may have installed, excluding specifically heating and air conditioning equipment.
Peaceful Surrender. 21. The Club will at the expiration of the Term and non-renewal of the Agreement or sooner if the Agreement is terminated as provided herein, immediately surrender the Land in a peaceable way.

Upon any expiration or termination of this Lease, Lessee shall peacefully surrender the Premises to Lessor, and Lessor at any time after any such expiration or termination, may without further notice, enter the Premises and take possession, by force, summary proceedings, ejectment or otherwise, and may dispossess Lessee and remove Lessee and all other persons and property from the Premises and Lessor may receive all income from the Premises.
Peaceful Surrender. After completion of any demolition required pursuant to this Article X, Xxxxxx shall immediately restore, quit, and peacefully surrender possession of, the Leased Premises to AFRH in good, usable, and buildable condition.
