Common use of Peaceful Surrender Clause in Contracts

Peaceful Surrender. The Tenant shall, at the expiration or sooner determination of the Term, forthwith peacefully surrender and yield up unto the Landlord the Premises and its appurtenances, together with all fixtures or improvements which at any time during the Term shall be made therein or thereon, in the state of repair required to be maintained by the Tenant hereunder, without notice from the Landlord; and shall deliver to the Landlord all keys to the Premises which the Tenant has in its possession.
