Common use of PeachCare for Kids Clause in Contracts

PeachCare for Kids. The State Children’s Health Insurance Program in Georgia. Children less than nineteen (19) years of age who have family income that is less than two hundred thirty-five percent (235%) of the federal poverty level, who are not eligible for Medicaid or any other health insurance program, and who cannot be covered by the State Health Benefit Plan.
