Peak Consultative Group. (a) The Peak Consultative Group will take the place of the Joint Consultative Committee established under the WaterNSW Enterprise Agreement 2018. The Peak Consultative Group will focus on strategic issues that relate to the purpose and functioning of WaterNSW, issues that affect the relationship between WaterNSW, employees and the unions, and workplace change. The Peak Consultative Group will endeavour to use the interest-based approach and members will undertake training in the use of the interest-based problem-solving process.
