Common use of Peaking Gas Clause in Contracts

Peaking Gas. If User takes delivery of a quantity of Gas at a Delivery Point in any 1 hour which quantity exceeds the MHQ, that will be considered Peaking Gas and Service Provider will charge User the Default Charge Rate for each GJ of Peaking Gas.

Peaking Gas. If User takes delivery of a quantity of Gas at a Delivery Point in any 1 hour period which quantity exceeds the MHQ, that will be considered Peaking Gas and Service Provider will charge User the Default Peaking Charge Rate for each GJ of Peaking Gas.
